DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY PARTNER

• Your order will usually be delivered by Fetchr but we may use another third-party delivery company from time to time.

GENERAL INFO

• All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order or offer you a suitable alternative.

DELIVERY LOCATION

• Items offered on the website are available for delivery to addresses in the UAE but some zones are too remote and we, therefore, have to provide an alternative delivery option. We will contact you if your location is outside the delivery zones so we can arrange an alternative solution.
• Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24-72 hours.
• * With the current covid-19 pandemic, our couriers are sometimes expecting delays, we will notify you if we expect delivery to arrive after 72 hours.

LOCAL SHIPPING

• For other products, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  Confirmed orders will take 2-3 working days. Please note that deliveries are scheduled (Sunday to Thursday). Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will try our best to accommodate you.  

  The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

  Tracking your items is possible via the airway bill provided by the courier and/or Al-Hurr. The courier may contact you to confirm the delivery address as per their usual protocol in the U.A.E.

INTERNATIONAL & GCC SHIPPING

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  We also accept orders from international customers but we have to quote separately before you place your order for shipping costs and delivery time. You will notice at checkout it will not list countries outside of U.A.E. until we have quoted your shipping separately. Please contact alhurraccessories@gmail.com once we know your destination country and address we can work on the most economical quote for you.

• DUTIES TAX

  Please be aware that all goods are sent from the U.A.E, and in cases where the buyer of such goods and services are being shipped outside of the U.A.E, they are generally subject to local import duties, customs, and taxes (VAT/GST) in the country of import.

  All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of you the customer, and Al-Hurr is not responsible, nor can offer any specific advice regarding customs duties and taxes. The title of ownership transfers to you following exportation from the U.A.E.
